HOW TO USE:
** Wash hands**
1. Insert one capsule into your vagina during bedtime and push it as far up the canal to avoid it slipping out, or utilize the applicator included with each Yoni PH Pearls purchase. 
2. Wear a pantyliner, capsules will dissolve within 4-6hours. Once dissolved you will notice that you're wet and slippery. (do not worry this is the detox process).
3. Be sure to shower before any sexual activity after the use of this product.
4. Results last up to 30 days, you may use 1-2 a month depending on your body needs. When treating BV and YEAST INFECTION you may use it for 5 days.
5. You may choose to use it after sex or when you feel your PH is off.
