How to mix:
-1 TBSP scrub mix
-2 TSP liquid of choice (water, yogurt (plain), oil, or honey)
-Apply to face, scrub lightly in circular motion 30 secs per area, rinse off with warm water.
Suggestions Based on Skin Types:
Oily Skin or Normal : Water
Dry Skin or Combination or Normal: Oil (Apricot Kernel, Coconut Oil, Grapeseed Oil, or Sweet Almond)
Dull Skin or Aging Skin: Yogurt (Plain)
Acne-Prone Skin: Honey
Lavender- is naturally soothing to the skin. It also has the ability to lessen acne, help lighten skin, & reduce wrinkles. Lavender also has the ability to detoxify the skin by purging out harmful toxins.
Turmeric- Thanks to its anti-inflammatory and antibacterial benefits turmeric can work wonders on condition-riddled skin. It can also help reduce redness from blemishes and calm skin conditions like eczema and rosacea. Turmeric is excellent for acne because it is a natural antiseptic, and helps keep bacteria from spreading. Turmeric also has the ability to lighten dark spots on the skin, and reduces fine lines and wrinkles.
